1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Breathe Life Charity Initiative ("Organization," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

Breathe Life Charity Initiative provides charitable services including but not limited to:

• Facilitating charitable donations
• Organizing volunteer opportunities
• Conducting humanitarian programs

3. Donations

3.1 Donation Processing

• All donations are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law
• Tax receipts will be issued for eligible donations

3.2 Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if made within 30 days of the donation and if the funds have not yet been allocated to specific programs.

3.3 Use of Donations

We commit to using donations efficiently and effectively for our stated charitable purposes. A minimum of 85% of donations goes directly to program services. Administrative costs are kept below 15%.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Volunteer Participation

5.1 Volunteer Requirements

• Volunteers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Background checks may be required for certain positions
• Volunteers must complete required training and orientation

5.2 Volunteer Conduct

Volunteers agree to act professionally, respect beneficiaries' dignity and privacy, follow safety guidelines, and represent the organization positively.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Breathe Life Charity Initiative or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content

By submitting content (testimonials, photos, stories), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the content for our charitable purposes. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
